Services
The groups will help explore and understand better the grief process and how to celebrate and honor the loved ones we have lost. The groups meet weekly for eight weeks and are held several times throughout the year.

Skilled care helps patients be independent and safe in managing their care at home. Nurses provide medical care and coordinate the services of rehabilitation professionals, social workers, and health aides. Care plans and education are tailored to the specific needs of each patient and family.
Compassionate care for individuals and families designed to care for those at the end of life who no longer wish to seek treatment and cures for their terminal illness. We tailor our team approach to the needs and wishes of each patient and family, so they live life to its fullest. We address physical, emotional, social and spiritual challenges, to help you find peace and comfort.
A program of healthcare services designed to care for those with life-limiting conditions that wish to continue to seek treatment and/or cure, but who also want to maintain satisfying quality of life and manage their symptoms. The VNA of Manchester and Southern NH works with Elliot Palliative Care Service in providing for palliative care medical consultations.
Personal care providers have extensive experience caring for seniors at home. They are genuinely caring individuals who can complete or assist with a variety of tasks. All personal care providers also provide at-home companionship, which has proven vital to the well-being of aging seniors.
We are here to help, seven days a week. We provide a wide range of skilled and loving care to ensure that you and your child receive the care and support you need.
