Services

The groups will help explore and understand better the grief process and how to celebrate and honor the loved ones we have lost. The groups meet weekly for eight weeks and are held several times throughout the year.

Pre-registration is required. Please call 603-622-3781 and ask to speak with the VNA’s Bereavement Team. Click here for more information about specific groups.

Skilled care helps patients be independent and safe in managing their care at home. Nurses provide medical care and coordinate the services of rehabilitation professionals, social workers, and health aides. Care plans and education are tailored to the specific needs of each patient and family.

The VNA of Manchester and Southern NH works with Elliot Palliative Care Service in providing for palliative care medical consultations.
